Not only did they just basically give away the one thing that’s doing well in the pit box, one of their old employees went to Williams, too.

Wow, so they lost both of their key Lotus hires. Obviously we all knew about James Allison, but Dirk de Beer at the same time shows just how dysfunctional that team is at the moment.

To be fair, ferrari wasn’t exactly streaming along wins with either Allison or de Beer in the past decade. It’s time for new blood. New ideas. New perspectives.
