This is me after depositions all day today, sport coat in a Vespa. I am really wound up. My case against the U.S. government gets filed tomorrow, and the unknown is upon me. No one has ever done what we are doing, and I have an opportunity to come out like a hero if we win, or a fool who thinks you really can fight city hall.
My darkest secret is that I really believe that the government must answer to the people, and I believe I can use the courts to make them answer to us.
A family business owned by a Hispanic woman and 300 jobs are on the line. I respect this woman so much. Today she told me “They can get away with this shit in Mexico, not here. I have to fight them with everything I have.” If we all had this courage, our government would truly serve us.

The most well known Laywer in my town drives a big black Hummer H2, on black 22 Bro truck wheels. He has a “fauxhawk”.l that is always at least 4 inches tall. He is a short man, I think he tries to make up for it with his hair.
