I actually am opening a restaurant with hippie friendly tendencies. Mostly because I am a hippie when it comes to meat and only want to get meat from suppliers that treat the animals nicely. I’m trying to avoid delving too deeply into hipster territory.

Kidding aside, you definitely don’t have to be a hippie or a hipster to eat ethical and grass fed beef. The ranchers I sometimes buy by meat from make fun of the hippies at the farmers market with me. I have my own chickens and non of them are named Colin.
