Can’t say I’m familiar with Milestar. Is that some kind of Walmart value brand?

Not Walmart. I’ve found that Sears, Pep Boys, and Discount Tire offer them, though.

Milestar is a brand of Nankang Rubber tire from Taiwan.

Walmart actually pretty much only offers major tire brands: Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone, General, BFGoodrich, Continental, Hankook, Cooper, Kumho, Pirelli, Firestone, Uniroyal, Falken, Yokohama, Nitto, Dunlop, Nexen (South Korean brand that’s done a decent job of pushing into the US market with good quality tires at reasonable prices), Mastercraft (owned by Cooper), Douglas (owned by Goodyear), and Dextero (the only ‘cheap’ tire brand, out of Singapore)
