I emailed about this 2002 earlier today, and I’ve been waiting for a response.

It looks like a stupidly good deal, and I was ready to go take out cash and pick this thing up. I happened to google “blue bmw 2002", and that exact picture came up. I followed the link, and came to this.

Now, for whatever reason, it only shows the location on the mobile version of the site for me, but that car is in Arlington, Vermont. Nowhere near Burnaby, BC. I also can’t see a date on the ad. So maybe, this guy accidentally posted on my local craigslist, and wrote a different, but similar ad, and forgot the year of his own car. But I’m gonna bet it’s a scammer.
I’m pissed, I really wanted that. I mean really, E21 5 speed and LSD, cloth sport seats, Weber conversion. That would’ve been awesome. Ugh.

Has to be a scammer...the other cars in the CL pics have Vermont tags, same as the Classiccarsmark listing. Damned shame, too, cuz it sounds like a great 02 to have and rolling-restore or something. Can the seller be reported to CL?
If you end up going to look at (whatever it really is) maybe take 2 or 3 large friends with haha

Lot of untruths and bs surrounding 2002s now. Be wary.
