I keep trying to figure out a way to make the first 5 characters make “S” but I don’t know how....

(2)T(2)T(1) = Tooty tooty one. Or, y’know, not.

Likely to make it harder for a cop to run the plate properly. But then they’re still left with a loud-ass, bright blue Subaru with a huge wing. Kinda defeats the purpose when the cop can justifiably pull you over just for being loud.

That’s a thought, but then that is explicitly called out on the vanity plate application, no sequence is allowed that’s designed to confuse or make hard to identify....

Like others have said, I think its just meant to be hard to decipher on camera or by police.

I like that theory except it’s specifically prohibited to do that with vanity plates and there’s a whole application process... but maybe

And they somehow got that through the application process that specifically prohibits confusing plates... but I agree that there’s little else to go on.

I would go with NUUNNUU (or similar) because the officers would have a hell of a time saying “November” and “Uniform” repeatedly over the radio and make it understood.

Haha good one

There’s a kinda similar (ancient; like, it’s even in a Steinbeck novel) brain tease where the first three letters, “I.I.T...” mean “If I Tell...”

May or may not be of any help but it’s all I got right now
