Flag on the play! Forsythia doesn’t really count, it always blooms in February. BTW, red is pretty rare, all I see are yellow around me. Looks good.

I’ve got some early azalea blooms. At this time of year, I’ll take whatever nature gives me. Nice pics.

Texas Parks and Wildlife put out a blurb last week to say that bluebonnets are already blooming in parts of the state. That’s a MONTH early, at least. But it’s making me REALLY want to go on a Hill Country hunt to take photos. I’ve been wanting to do it for years, but every time the spring bloom happens my weekend calendar fills up with other stuff. Hopefully this year I’ll be able to do it.
