C&D choose it over the Benz, BMW, and Caddy. The only new Benz I would want is either a S class Coup or SLS. I want the Cadillac to have a V8, not an engine that could be in a Malibu without the turbos. It also just generally doesn’t interest me. Andddd new BMWs don’t excite me in anyway. Plus, I’m really not a fan of “fake” engine noise. I wasn’t sure about the Guilia’s looks until I saw it in person at the Philadelphia Auto Show. Now I love how it looks.

The more I see it the more I like it. During the Super bowl ads my friends were glued to the screen because it looks so good. I just like how it’s no overwrought with tons of intersecting lines, everything has a place on this car.

I honestly wouldn’t mind having the base-model RWD Turbo-4. There’s a slight possibility that I might be able to afford one if I sell two of my other vehicles and devote the rest of my disposable income to it and am willing to drive from Ohio to Maryland to get it (according to Autotrader ).

I could easily purchase the base model with some extra goodies but I’d have to pull the cash from my business or sell my F150. I think I will wait four years and pick up a used Quad for half (or less) the price of new.

Personally, I’d be scared to death to have one of these when they get older than 3-4 years. I think your projection of 50% depreciation over 4 years is spot on, mostly because I think they’ll be a nightmare of unreliability after that time.
