309,322 km

HIGH km based on 20,000 km/year

Um, 20,000 km/year over 29 years would be 580,000 km. The math on this one works out to about 10,000 km/year. Sure, it still counts as high-mileage (kilometerage?) overall, but that engine has a long way to go (if it hasn’t been abused). Too bad it’s not a private seller. I’d want to ask about its maintenance history.

My first car was a red-on-red foxbody. I want another in those colors specifically. It’s hard to justify how good it looks through pictures, but it’s absolutely perfect.

I actually like the fox body red interior but its an acquired taste.

192k miles isn’t bad. V8 RWD american cars last a lot longer than the average. (I had 198k on my ‘86 GT when I sold it 10 years ago, and my friend who bought it still drives it long distances.)

Rust or ignored maintenance will kill them before age or mileage does. Get some subframe connectors to reduce the squeaks (all Foxes have chassis squeaks), and be ready to replace some aged electronic sensors, and you’ll be good to go.
