I have a fixation with landing gear. It’s my favorite part to look at up close. This is the gear from a 747-8 that was at Oshkosh last year.

They’re works of art all on their own!
I just Googled, apparently the A380's tyres cost just under $100k to be replaced and only last about 300 takeoffs and landings. :O
