I thought it was perfect for that stage in your life when you’re growing up but still a stupid kid that doesn’t understand shit and it manifests itself in teenage angst.
I actually went and listened to a few songs and while it’s silly now, it did really sum up my teenage angst for me. However, after listening to My Way I’ll admit I still enjoy that song.
Besides, I don’t think it’s as silly as the fact that I think I genuinely enjoy eurobeat, since I play it as background music whenever I play racing games.
There’s a right time and place for any music, it’s just that my time for Limp Bizkit passed long ago.

CSB. I once had tickets to see them and Spineshank in Chico, CA. I went to a bar called the Madison Bear they were offering pint glass sized mixed drinks for $2. My friend and I got so drunk we forgot to go to the show. I don’t regret not going, I was just going for something to do. On the way out of the bar I pushed the door open so hard into a dude’s face that I think I broke his nose. I did not even notice at the time and while my friend was trying to apologize I walked out into traffic and almost got hit by two different cars. I never went back to Chico.
