Even though the front end doesn’t resemble a Twingo at all, there are a lot of similarities behind the windshield. It’s rare to see a concept vehicle wearing so plain steel wheels. They seem to have corrected this for the last picture.

This looks like what “modern cars” look like in a movie about the future.
Or like if the late 80's never ended, and the Suzuki Swift was simply refreshed for the 8th time.
Or if Lamborghini’s design studio suddenly found itself out of cocaine and needed to design cars for the mass market.
