For a town that’s 40 minutes from a major ski resort, it’s puzzling that people haven’t heard of these.

40 minutes! Slowpoke.

Maybe they were too lazy.

Shovels are overrated. If I could manage getting up my steep driveway (complete with narrow garage bay and stone wall on one side) in a RWD minivan in high school without bothering to shovel, these people can make it work.

Quite a few people were absent from school today because they didn’t feel like shoveling snow, I’ll bet.

They know about shovels, that was just an excuse to slack off. It’s warm under those blankets. It feels so sleepy. Drift off, drift, drift

Yup. Even a six car driveway isn’t a valid excuse for my time.

Those bent handle shovels help a lot!
Of course, still not as good as a snow blower. Even a cheap one like the Toro Power Shovel

Around 2 feet of snow fell this weekend in some parts of town, but one dude who was complaining had a WRX.

Yeah, it was more of a snide remark about laziness.

I used to have an old Noma SnoThrower. I thought I wouldn’t need it out here, although for some reason snowfall has increased dramatically since I moved here.

My snow shovel was made by Honda and it has Tracks and it can only move 1500/lbs of snow a minute.....I might have to look into this new type of shovel you show here.

I personally refuse to shovel snow. If I can drive over it fuck it.

There was almost a foot of snow on the roads, and I have a minimum clearance of around 1.75 inches. I had to shovel to get down the driveway, and then I was the neighbourhood snow plow for the first few blocks.

That just sounds terrible. Do you at least live somewhere that makes it worthwhile?

Not really. It’s sort of a dead end for what I’m planning on doing, so I’m driving across the country this summer for college.
