The guy they bought the Yugo from had three running cars and the parts cars. the one they bought was the worst of the three runners. Tavarish spent some time swapping parts from the parts cars before they gave it to Ballaban.

I’m sure that guy will have parts for it, or buy it back when Ballaban gets tired of paying for parking.
