Did that egg come from a free range farm? If it didn’t, you’re a Fascist.

I dunno. it was maybe 3/4" deep water in a pan on low boil. Looked scary at the start but it all fluffed up nicely. My wife likes all the non-scrambled eggs. I suppose I’ll splurge on an eggs benedict once in a while, but I’m all about scrambled.

im all about that scrambled too. i like mine cooked to death, with a bit of brown to it(onions and tomatoes), just before it starts to smell like burnt feathers. i can make all the other kinds of cooked eggs too. usually, to get the poached all nice and white all over i cover it with another pan the same size so that it steams the egg on the top side. or i cheat and turn it while its cooking.

but hey, that yellow showing sure is pretty.
