How hard can it be to put a turbo LS and 4l80e in it. Probably cheaper than an oil change at the dealership.

No.
If I really hated money that much, I’d at least want to start out with a well sorted body. https://cargur.us/dT6kl

Just ask $12k you idiot. Now you’ll never see an offer over $9,000, no matter what.
I got my first car for $600 because the ad said, “Asking $1200, but the lowest I’ll accept is $600.” I mean, I would have offered about $900, but okay then.

Tires are almost $500 a piece, and there is one tire available for it, it has to be ordered then its built. It is also 160 tread wear.

What makes that tire so special? Is it an odd size or is it just so that the owner can say they have a “bespoke” tire?

cheaper to just buy new rims and get them custom drilled. or does bentley use a standard bolt pattern?

It is ok to get a similar sized tire that will fit on the rim. Go with a 275/60R15 and there are a few more choices. Diameter is almost the same and its only a smidge wider.
Plus you can get Drag Radials...
