Hey Oppo! So here’s part 3 of the NAIAS overview: Nissan and Infiniti. Sorry about being inconsistent with these, been really busy with lots of work going on. But anyway, here are some cars from both brands I thought were interesting at the show.

Kinja'd!!!

First up was Infiniti, and the Q50 S. I must say, I was not a fan of the Q50 when it first came out, but I began to appreciate it over time. I feel like it’s aging well and has good power and looks inside and out, but it’s in need of a mid-cycle refresh soon.

The only other model from Infiniti’s lineup I thought was interesting was the Q60 Coupe. I really like the sharp styling on this, and I like how good it looks in red. I also appreciate it has decent performance to match with the decently good looks. Hopefully there will be a good aftermarket for these within 5 years or so...

Now we go to Nissan, and I liked most of what they had at the show. I was pretty impressed by the Titan, with this being the first of the new generation I’d seen in person. I like how it’s bigger and comes with a Cummins, I think the XD will be good to Nissan in the future.

Next up is the Nissan Vmotion 2.0, which I must say looks fantastic. I love the suicide doors especially, and even though those probably won’t make it to production, hopefully this shows a good direction for Nissan’s design language (and the next Altima).

Here’s the little Nissan Sentra Nismo, and I must say, I like how it looks. It reminds me of my car, except it has a better paint job, better wheels, and could probably smoke my car pretty easily. I wish there was double exhaust though, as this being a mild attempt at a mildly-hot sedan it should have it. I also wish it came with wider tires and a decent power bump, but hey, styling cues are at least something right?

Kinja'd!!!

And finally, we have the mighty Godzilla! This was the only good picture I could get of the GT-R, because it was by far the most popular car on Nissan’s stand. But hey, that ass tho.

Anyway that’s part 3, part 4 will be out soon! Thanks Oppo!
