Japanese Classics has a rare 1991 AWD model for sale now. Also is this antenna in a stock position? Never noticed this before.

I’m pretty sure those are to help you locate the corner of the car in tight spaces. Not uncommon on older Japanese cars. Great idea, IMO. Like curb feelers, but less gangsta.

i have seen those before

but apparently thats not the best location for the antenna

if u get into a fender bender (camry dent type) , now you have to replace the antenna too

It’s more of a curb feeler thing, called a bumper pole or a parking pole.. or a flag holder for your VIP needs..

My cb antenna is up front so I can park tight without bumping lights..

This is correct. It’s a parking pole.

Pretty sure it isn’t an actual antenna.

I bought a Silvia front like 14years ago that came with one like in the picture, but it mounted more flush with the bumper when down. I wired it to a switch so I could make it go up/down, it also had a green light at the top. My friends called it the “race” light.
