engineering costs a lot of money these days due to electronics and airbags plus shipping and import fees, profit margin for the importer, special parts that need to be made, so the cost of complying with Australian Design Rules soon adds up. Mustangs and Corvettes/Camaros/Challengers aren’t cheap either.
