I like how, because of the way it’s phrased, it kind of sounds like they just happened upon the cars and didn’t really expect them to be there when cleaning the house out.

Also, if it has 0 miles and never been driven: a) how did it get there, and b) how do they know it runs?

I don’t think I’d want a pace car version, but I would like one of the last GTs, albeit with the earlier bodywork like these two. I’ve always loved that shape, even more in SD4-guise:

Something is sketchy here. 0 miles on a 33 year old car and “running and ready to go” are mutually exclusive, especially on an 80's GM product that could barely sit a month without developing mechanical issues when brand new. Either it has a few thousand miles rounded 0, is actually in need of a major overhaul from sitting, or (most likely) had the odometer rolled back (unbelievably these do have a 6 digit odometer). I wouldn’t touch this thing without a solid VIN check and inspection, but it is neat.

Too slow. Neat, but you can’t outrun bandits/warlords/neo-US govt agents in that. Needs to be faster and more rugged, capable of going off road if needed.

400hp V8 crossover with triple ply glass and anti tank round armor should get it done. A lot of that stuff won’t be stock, and that’s fine. I’ve got a bit of time to source parts before year zero begins and all the distribution channels collapse.
