I guess it makes sense, but I hated the fish heavy diet when I was there. Mostly cause I hate fish. Salmon paste?! nuts to you gross stuff in a tube! Whale wasn’t bad.

They are different things. The resist post, i suspect, was originally shared for good intentions but is getting reshared as a joke. The rest is and always has been the rule re: political posts.

Bear in mind, as well, that re-sharing a political post from another site is a bit of a different animal than authoring one here on Oppositelock. When you’re re-sharing a post, you can’t edit the title to add the warning or change the cover photo, so those usually get a slide for no other reason than the fact that Kinja is what it is. For that reason, the original share was allowed to stand uncontested. The re-shares as a joke, however, were not okay and were dealt with accordingly.
