So you guys get the European market taillights as well I see. Not the best look for a mustang imho, however I do appreciate it has rear amber indicators and a rear fog light.

US market ones are illegal here as the blink red not amber.

The Mustang isn’t my scene.

I think I’d take the Mini over the Mustang.

It’s a nice sporty coupe and all but I’d sooner have a Vauxhall Astra GTC, VW Scirocco R or maybe a BMW 2 Series.

Same in the U.K. as is rear stop lights being used as indicators. As is the sequential rear indicators (though some are coding there’s to work like the U.S. units).

I’m not really a fan of clear tail lamps, but I have to say I think that Mustang looks pretty sharp with the Euro spec tails.

Ye’, as is the U.K.

I was meaning that converting them to U.S. style braking and indicating isn’t legal, nor is changing the pattern to flash sequentially.

The US. has static three bars used for both braking and indicating I believe and while I believe it’s also not permitted in the U.S. there are people in the U.S. and abroad changing their lights to operate in a different way to how theirs are originally meant to operate.

Looking at YouTube it seems several in the U.S. are changing their lights to Euro style and sourcing them from fordpartsuk.com.

mind you some of the newer Audis do look good with the sequential indicators

The sequential indicators are allowed as far as I’m aware if they are OEM (like on Audis as you mentioned). If they have been altered from original then they may get you pulled by the Vehicle Inspectorate or Road Traffic police that may have an observant officer (generally you can’t have a brake light used as an indicator and vice versa).

They would. Red rear indicators are illegal in most of the world.
