I would argue quite a lot of Hellcats get daily-driven.
Challengers and Chargers are not the sort of car people buy just to keep at home. They are large and fairly practical, and let’s be real, they’re not traditional status symbols like Porsches and the exotic crowd are.
2-seaters like Corvettes are the sort of car I would imagine sitting most of the week.

Someone from my office drives a 392, it is his only car. My company is in southern Michigan, what point are you trying to prove? Sports cars today are very manageable compared to sports cars of the past and quite capable of winter use with the proper tires.

Edit: Sorry, that was a bit rude. I’m sure he’s a nice guy and just missed the massive improvements in computer controls from the past decade. Manufacturers have also made great strides in the predictability and linearity of power delivery. Progress has been startlingly rapid in recent years.

I’m sure there are others too. I DD my 350Z, its been my only car for 10+ years.
Notably my co-worker does not DD his Elise, and someone owns a Caterham, that one doesn’t get DD’d either. So the line exists at Elise.

I DD’ed my GTO year round in MN for 8 years. I’ll be doing it again, too, after I replace the couple worn out pieces on the driveshaft.
I got stuck once in the snow. Unplowed neighborhood, and over 6" of snow is what it took. Other than that I’ve done tons of miles in the snow, even up a steep, unplowed, closed road because I didn’t want to go around and preferred to see if I could make it and if there were “road closed” signs at the top, too. There were. I went around them.
