“Bottom line...this is the BEST XK8 anywhere on “used cars for sale” sites on the internet and it is way over Kelley’s Blue Book’s head...damn straight it is...this car doesn’t even come close to their super amazing excellent category that supposedly represents only 3% of the cars they see...they ain’t seen this car that’s for sure!”

The guy spends a lot of time writing about how the car is like a Concorde, gives the 0-60 time from an XKR, and asks a ridiculous $16k for a N/A XK8 with “low miles” (92,000). But the worst part?

This is the closest thing to an interior shot.

If you want to proudly flaunt the fact that you’re asking way over bluebook, maybe take a photo of the interior when the door panel hasn’t been removed.

How monstrous does this interior look now if it was actually easier to show a photo of the car in the shop and blur over the missing door panel?

Holy shit, looking at Jag listings on Craigslist makes me hate everyone and everything.

Also, fuckers like this are why I can’t find a single running XK8 m that is even remotely realistically priced.

Clearly, the guy is a dope. XK8 is one of those cars that look great in either flavor, coupe or roadster. 1,203 coupes vs 2,910 converts that year. 0-60 time is wrong, production figures wrong, NADA says 11.3k - I emailed to ask what’s he’s smoking. Will advise.

He said he’s turned down offers of 1k below asking, and is convinced the car will only appreciate, as if it’s an XKR Silverstone ed. (Methinks he will be holding on to that car for the foreseeable future) Door panels were off for speakers installation, btw.
