I have to put this one on the 31. While it is typical that the slower cars will move to the bottom on the banking there is no rule stating that they need to. The PC driver may not have known that it was a P car behind him instead of another PC. The 88 decided to stay on the top and the 31 tried to force his way into a gap which didn’t exist.
Also there are now only 3 without the 8 and 88.
