Sometimes I walk through a house and wonder how the price could be so high...

While in Saskatoon, I saw a house that was $3.5 million in a neighbourhood where the average house price is $440k or so. The 700 bottle wine fridge, loads of glass, and being right across the street from the river made me realize that you know, it’s probably worth it.

Worked for a home builder in Winnipeg. We built a couple million dollar homes. I just don’t understand the want for such a large house.
