The sliding windows are because it’s ex-military rather than the cheap option - also notable by the NATO screw in lights, white rear Salisbury diff, square rear cross-member, side lockers and bonnet mounted wheel . Also notable is the advert that states ‘no leaks’. I hope they’re referring to the roof, because otherwise they’re lying. The manufacturers plate also says that it’s the MOD winterised version of the 110 which comes with a secondary (and much better) heating system in the rear for heating the vehicle while stationary.
All said and done, if the chassis is in good nick and the motor runs, that’s NP for a Defender over the pond.

Depends on the version. The Wolf only came with the 300tdi motor and R380 gearbox with drop-down gearbox crossmember . I’m not sure if the NA diesels had a name per se, but the later version of the Wolf was called ‘Snatch’, and the ambulance versions were called ‘Pulse’.
