I got home from Monterey after a successful conference. I shut the office down early (paying the staff for a full day), and changed the brake pads on the Vespa. Pretty day, blue skies, 50 degrees.
I hope Friday is treating you well. The insurance payoff on the Sienna will pay more than half the cost of the QX60, which my wife is picking up now.

Did you change the rotor too?
Cause if your pads have no pad left, your rotor is scrap. You will go through the new pads very quickly.
