Its proving to be incredibly difficult to find an engine for it. As far as I can tell from multiple sources, the nearest one is in Idaho. So I’m gonna have a mechanic friend of mine come look at it on Monday to see if slapping on a new head gasket and flushing the milkshake out without replacing bearings and milling the head and block is feasible. But regardless of what I have to do, it will run again.

From what Ive Heard the 1.8, 2.0 and 1.6 all would hook up to the same bell housing. But I’m worried about ecu, wiring, and gauges

Unfortunately, the 1.6 doesn’t share the same bellhousing as the 1.8 and 2.0 (which do).
