We have a corrupt police department in Fresno, and this motherfucker is like Teflon. He has survived the following:
1. The revelation that he had a sexual relationship with a 16 year old girl, which is apparently ok because Jesus. His quote:
“All I can tell you is that the relationships that I have had outside of my marriage, when I was a young man, have been dealt with . ... God’s forgiven me. My wife’s forgiven me. This department’s forgiven me and looked into a lot of things in my past.”
2. A high ranking officer killed himself in uniform outside the chief’s house, and the guy’s wife claims Dyer drove it to him
3. Cops kill a lot of people here.
4. Second in command of our police is the biggest drug dealer in town.

On the joe rogan experience there were a couple guests dan carlin had a quip about some of the departments in LA, that they just had to fire everybody.
The better guest was michael wood who was Baltimore cop who spoke about the rascism in the department. unfortunate since he’s a douche the whole department probably is.
