Upsides: I saw a RHD Mitsubishi Delica, like this:
It was white, and awesome, but I was a passenger and didn’t think about getting a photo. Too shocked by the sight of an awesome 4WD van.
Also, food was cheaper, and delicious, and everyone is nice, even walking through Aurora and down Colfax Ave. And 1up is a badass videogame bar with $0.50 pinball and $0.25 vintage arcade games. Played so much 1943.
Downsides: Holy shit, Denver, we need to talk about your drivers. That’s coming from a Seattleite and we’re fucking awful here. Seattleites at least stay within their own lane when driving down the road.

I moved to the Seattle area two years ago from Denver and I can attest that the drivers there are much worse. Seattle drivers actually bother me very little after driving through Denver every day.
And 1up is really awesome!

Tryin’ to find a job (the reason I was in Denver, but that didn’t pan out, and wages are so low there), but otherwise doing great. Just gotta get back to makin’ money. Maybe come visit on a motorbike later this year. Gonna trade the Duc in on a used Concours 14.

It was 11 degrees this morning. Rode the 9t to the barber, had to hold the throttle for the first minute to keep it running. Legs were numb when I arrived 3 miles away at my destination.
Predictably, I smacked the evo into a treecurb, which is a word that I just made up. Laid up in the collision shop for another 1-2 weeks probably.
Cruiser’s carb has been removed for like....3 months now? I’ve at least been making progress on it again recently, but I’ve been procrastinating way too much on it. Gonna need to pull the manifolds to fix an exhaust leak too, but then I should be able to put it all back together as long as I haven’t lost anything.
Also I quit my job.
So yeah, 2017 then.

oh man. 2017 seems to be poppin’ off. I noticed when I cruised your instagram it seemed you were putting some effort into photography.
11 is colder than I’ve been in, but I’ve been down to 25 deg here. Fuckin’ cold, but I’d still rather be riding.
You gonna come to Seattle? lol. Or heading to SF? Or staying in Boulder?
