In England it’s a more child friendly way of saying fart.
But it’s also used elsewhere such as, trumped up charges, playing a trump card.

In the United States, Trump pretty much means asshole.
In fact, in my classroom, my 6th graders say, “You’re Donald Trump!” when they wanna insult someone.
