A few years ago, renowned Benz 300 SL restorer Rudi – “the Rude Man” – had posted to YouTube a driver’s-seat-POV vid of himself driving a naked-chassis Gullwing down public roads, set to Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone.” It was fantastic.
Went to visit him this past summer. His life philosophy is “O.B.”—“outrageous behaviour.” He is one of my new favourite humans.

Dude! Thanks so much!! Love them all! The little car mats took me a while to figure out what they were, but once I realized their purpose I was psyched! I don’t think I’ll use every single one of them in every single pocket (there’s like 18 of them), but I “installed” a couple last night and they look pretty great! Not too rice-y at all! Thanks again man, awesome gifts!

My first idea was this item, https://www.ebay.com/itm/122271393566 but then I saw the interior mats and how my car had some soda spilled and molded pennys to the plastic.
I can understand not using every single one. You’ve never mentioned what color your car is so I asked for white / glow in dark, instead of the red or blue. So, what color did they send?
Also the first gloves were an impulse cheap buy, so I didn’t expect them to be too much. Being in VA I figured warm gloves would be a safe bet. And I’m starting to collect 1/43 race car models over HotWheels so the rally car was pretty easy to pick out.
I’m glad you liked them.

I just found out they glow in the dark last night! Before that I assumed they were just white! Awesome. Here’s a pic of one of them in. Looks great! I like the ones that go in the pockets, but I think there’s also a couple for the dash and instrument cluster, so those are the one’s I think I’ll pass on. I’ll use them as coasters instead!
The gloves are great, and the Focus rally car has been added to the garage! Thanks again for everything, some of the best gifts I got this Christmas.
