I had applied for a different job that I actually want, and they want me in for an interview tomorrow morning. So, after only two days, I quit. It feels surprisingly relieving for making myself unemployed. I could tell I really wasn’t going to like that job. Anyways, it’s been a lovely day, so here’s a few pictures of an abandoned and partially dismantled train bridge that I found after going home early.

I’ve done something similar. Was hired at an MSP (managed service provider-IT) the scourge of all IT fields and instead received a better position closer to home at a smallish business. Best decision I ever made, within two years I went from sysadmin to CIO.
