Clusterfuck of bad decisions, there.
This looks like a two-way stop, which means that despite whether or not the Honda was waving the Kia through, the Kia never had the right-of-way. And if the Honda was turning anyway *coughSIGNALcough*, both of their maneuvers are irrelevant to one another, so the Honda really isn’t yielding its right-of-way at all. (To be fair, it looks like the Honda actually intended to go straight, and changed its mind, but c’mon: is a signal too much to ask for?)
But that Jeep contributed to this mess, too. It failed to clear the intersection, which means it’s blocking the box, and that’s screwing with the Kia’s visibility.

BTW, I’m not sure what to make of that school bus. Some of those drivers are very good at what they do, and will use every last available foot of space to maneuver. It’s hard to tell if the driver saw your car or not.
I once worked at a RV dealership, and had a customer freak out that I wasn’t going to be able to fit their class A motorhome through a gap in the parking lot. But there was at least two inches of clearance on both sides, and that’s taking things like mirrors, awnings, & even suspension movement into account.
Plenty of room! :)

I’ve seen some that are excellent, but I spent four years have all sorts of alarming encounters with the psychos that drove the school buses at my high school. Maybe he was fine, but I didn’t want to take a chance. He also could’ve backed straight up.
