247/268. Up almost 50whp from last build and the intake manifold is now a restriction! Gonna get that fixed and add my E85 system and get back in for some more tuning.

This was a long time coming...

Love this build, how wide are those rear tires?

All the props; I love this car. Even my LS1 Camaro is jelly, especially of those brakes.

275's, working on 315's all around for autocross season.

Thanks :) I do get a lot of “WHY?” but more often than not it is just positive stuff.

Anyone who asks why doesn’t get it. This thing rocks and has been thoroughly gone through from one end to the other. There’s always someone out there with more power, but I bet that car is a lot of fun. Especially when actually turning the wheel and using the brakes.

I’ve cut the exhaust off more than one car, and my wife hated each of them. That means it’s good.

Why’d it putt putt at the beginning there?

It was a bit touchy to begin with, it even did it on me on occasion. Cleared it up on the dyno with some timing adjustments.

Also, it has a very short throw on the clutch and he wasn’t quite familiar with the car.

“You know how to drive stick?”

Had me cracking up.

That thing sounds mean. What a great build.

How much do you think you’ll gain with E? I know on turbo cars its around 20% but they’re heavily knock limited without it

On mine, not sure. Could be none could be 20.

Really, your tuner has no idea what the gains will be?

I cannot stand the sound of the Buick 3.8. I’ve never heard one that I liked.

Any reason for going NA instead of building it for boost?

Nobody has done what I’ve done on this car. Some cars react really well others just get a minor bump.

Autocross.

But wouldn’t a centrifugal supercharger make more sense for autocross than an NA build that is down on power vs. a lot of the field? You could fit it with a powerdyne or even try to squeeze an M90 under the cowl. You could have surpassed 300whp a while ago if you had gone either route.

Still have to spin a centri up a good but. The m90 is limited as there isn’t room enough to run a sandwich intercooler.

I race in Texas so heat soak is a concern.
