yes, because these are still a body on frame pickup. the unibody moniker is from the lack of a separate cab and bed of a normal pickup.

If you are talking about the truck in the picture yes. That is because there is still a fram, its unibody name comes from the cab and bed combo not a bed and frame combo like now. If your talking about something modern then I’ll give a solid maybe.
