Not to my knowledge. Is she not allowed to touch the Bible during swearing in if she isn’t? I don’t know much about the whole swearing in on a bible thing, either with oaths of office or court proceedings.

That story doesn’t surprise me in the least. If you were to ask me to name one politician I’d want to grab a beer with, it would be Biden hands down. He’s always just seemed like a regular dude.
