Here’s the 2017 for reference:

Kinja'd!!!

Kinja'd!!!

Some thoughts-

1. I actually like the split intakes on the old front fascia more than the single large new one.

2. I *definitely* like the old headlight design more. I just love xenon projectors...they look so simple and cool.

3. The only real interior change is a new infotainment system, and thank god, because the old one is laggier than playing Counterstrike on a dial up connection.

4. There’s also “new” LED taillights, but they look the exactly the same as the old ones in pictures (the old ones are LED already) so I’m not entirely sure what the difference is. Maybe I need to see it in person to really tell.

What do you guys think?

It’s a nice series of subtle changes. I think I actually prefer the new bumper a little bit more - just a touch cleaner. Like you, I prefer the old headlights. On the taillights, I got nothin’. Maybe that little character detail line when headlights are on has a little more clarity, but hard to tell.

I think you mean “Here’s the 2016 for reference:” ... I got a little confused by that.

Subtle and clean changes. That’s a proper refresh, absolutely! :)

Really love the new lights.

Old headlights look better, the only thing I like about the new one is the way the lip on the front bumper.

The crossbar in the grille is thinner and the grille itself seems to be inset more. I like this.

I’m not sure about the single intakes. It still looks good though.

Nope, 2017. The refresh is the 18.

Ohhh, gotcha. It’s too late to edit my post. :(

It looks nice, but really not much to get excited about. Pretty similar beyond the front bumper.

I like the split intakes better as well, but like the overall cleaner aesthetic of the 2018. So I guess you could say I’m . . . split. The new headlights are 100% better tho.

I think Jaguar is making it less good looking with every year that goes by.

slight things like the wheels and a other aero bits have made it look worse IMO.

Kinja'd!!!

To me the top picture one works much better than the bottom.

The wheels and aero package changes are all optional; what you are seeing are just different combinations Like, you can still get the black aero bits and those wheels if you want last time I checked (which was last month).
