No one said they dropped it off by mistake. Let’s say the craigslist scam of listing an item at a ridiculously low price to facilitate email phishing. No one ever responds to those ads. After being awake for 72 hours preparing your game pieces for the upcoming Warhammer tournament, you respond to the ad and it’s the real deal. You figure out you have enough cash in your pocket to buy this thing, which is odd because you never have cash, and you have to pay for it with Paypal. Now you have to figure out how to get the cash into your Paypal account. You login and realize you still have money in your account from when you sold all your Yu-Gi-Oh! cards last year. There is just enough in your account to pay, and you make the worst decision in your life to buy a pulled AMG engine.

I can’t decide if it needs to be a chrome bumper one, because there’s no use throwing good money after bad on the later ones, or if a chrome bumper one looks good enough that any lack of power can be excused, while the rubber bumper one needs all the help it can get.
