I do love me a Riva, and the 76 Perseo has had my heart for the last year or so. Now I’ve made it known that I love me a Jaguar XJL and I wish there was a new Jaguar XJL SV-Autobiography on the way that took cues from that gorgeous Coupé you see above. It’s funny to think about how low end even the most high end cars are.
Any cars you’d like your dream boat to be based on, or boats you want your dream car to be inspired by?

Boats I like are a blend of functional and tough My dream boat (not a yacht, boats go ON yachts) would be something with an aluminum hull, twin 4 cylinder diesel engines, under 8,000 lbs fully dressed and able to have a family of 4 live comfortably out of for a week.
I don’t think such a boat exists, but if it did and it existed as a car it would be closest to...an F250?

I would love a car based on the Pershing 115.
Fast, sleek, and luxurious. I actually had the pleasure of riding on a smaller Pershing once, they are spectacular ships. And if those twin 3,700 horse MTU diesels aren’t enough tickle your fancy, you can press a button and spin up a 5,600 hp gas turbine which will boost your massive, 115' yacht up to 50 knots via a centerline pump jet.

In the 80's they made the best two wings ever: The Ferrari F40 and the Trojan 10 Meter Express.
They complement each other well, and I haven’t seen a better pair since.
