I always preferred the sedan in that generation. I still miss mine sometimes. White ‘98 sedan with tan leather interior and the J30 V6. It was my first car. Unfortunately you could only get the V6 with an auto for that generation, but I wasn’t much of a car enthusiast when I got it, so it didn’t bother me at the time.

The only memory of this car is that I formally learned manual in one. Belonged to a former acquaintance who had zero fucks to give about it, don’t think it ever saw one oil change ever, body all banged up, rattling every corner and bump, and the clutch was so done it barely had any give when shifting. Last I remember seeing it was outside another friend’s warehouse with all 4 tires flat and cracked, and one plate dangling.
