And if you ever are on a road trip and need to sleep but you spent all your money on a Delica and can’t afford a hotel room, that’s not an issue! Because the seats turn into not one, but two beds.
Some people go all out and convert their cars to straight up campervans.
Delicas are quite popular in Canada, especially in places like the rockies and Vancouver Island. I can see why, they’re very good cars for someone who likes the outdoors. And they’re quite cheap too. I really want one.

I love these too but that manual gearlever looks low. Really low. I don’t want a sore shoulder from reaching to the ground to shift every single gear.

That’s not a gearstick, that’s the 4WD selector. It has a column shift.

That’s a good point, especially since the car was designed so that you could go from the front seats to the rear area without getting out of the car.

Lots of Delica here in bc. One of the most popular jdm. Usually driven by older, granolay families. I bet the ski hill parking lot sees quite a few of them.
