I don’t believe it’s real. But, having read some oddly translated stuff in the past.. I don’t quite believe it’s not real.
Does that make any sense?

Yeah, I’m thinking it’s probably just a rough translation from a Japanese document, as claimed. I’ve seen worse. Trying to make sense of it is fun brain exercise, though.

Japan, Inc. are where they are in today’s North America consumer market only after decades of hard work since 1945 improving their US-A game. From the faint edges of memory I can sorta recall “Made in Japan” being a matter for derisive jokes brought on — undeservedly, maybe, but not without justification — worse than China today, by stuff like that instruction manual and build/materials quality often to match
