Selling it for cheap? Um they could not recommend you an engine at least for cheap too? 8D

I hope you have fun driving it once its done though TFritch .

(I still will never personally understand folks ripping out a engine and then going for selling. Im like “look man, don’t remove 40% of the car then sell put a engine in the $*&^! then I might take a look!)

I guess it’s been a project for the guy and he’s now hard up for cash for some reason. Not ideal, for sure. The bummer is that apparently it’s an original 260 car, which would be cooler than the bare 351 it comes with. Doubt I’ll end up with it, but worth a look anyway.

So needs a shitload of work. The engine compartment is bare metal, with nothing in it. Has a pile of parts though, including discs and coilovers. I’ll email pics.

I spent a little while yesterday on Das Boot (its friends call it Agnes), working on some of the rust blooms on the bumpers and preparing the rear aluminum deck for repainting the black accents. I also (having removed the oil pressure switch on Friday) tested the oil pressure with a gauge to make sure the oil light being on wasn’t anything squiffy. 55psi at idle - THAT SEEMS OKAY

Whenever I scare up a heat gun to cure the epoxy for the back decor plate, I’ll post pics.
