I went to JU Gifu yesterday to inspect a couple of cars... I saw this.
Look around the cemetery... Used cars! :)
It’s not the first time I see cemeteries at weird places in Japan, but I wouldn’t mind getting buried in there. :)

I was gonna say, this seems to be a common thing in Japan. I’ve come across many in my Street View travels (which I MAY start doing again this weekend).
Not sure what the reason is, but it’s certainly a part of Japanese culture that can be appreciated, no matter how morbid it seems.
Also, they tend to look more beautiful than ones here in the US, if I may be honest.

I never saw it as morbid of anything... I honestly don’t care but it’s fairly funny considering how genuinely afraid of ghosts most Japanese are :)
