Or maybe even 2017.....At least the cringiest ad I’ve ever seen. Topping those Chevy ads with these 3 seconds alone. You can already see what these kids are doing....Unless you’re not hip and don’t understand what they’re doing.... “Pacifikids”, really? Chrysler is DOOMED!! :p
Also, I want to know who’s idea it was for this, and have a coffee with them and understand what they’re thinking.

My kid is obsessed with dabbing, too. It’s kind of the thing right now. But why build your ads around what 10 year olds think is interesting, unless your product is pop rocks or beanie boos?

To be fair, I didn’t know 10 year olds found dabbing and minivans interesting or even remotely related. But one needs to stop, and the former needs to be eradicated.

The dabbing thing is weird to me because I felt like it started a long time ago and I didn’t see it much and now in the last 2 months I see kids doing it spastically and frequently. But make no mistake, as the parent of a 2 year old, I don’t get out much.
Grumble, grumble... kids these days.

It did start a while ago, and wasn’t it originally popularized by a football player? I don’t see how it got into the kids’ lexicon either, but it’s like meningitis. No one knows how it got there, but it’s impossible to root out.
