Is your Ford Everest (soon to be Bronco)/Holden/Chevy Trailblazer/Toyota Fortuner/4runner/Isuzu MU-X/whatever not nearly Chinese enough?

Then have I got good news for you! It’s the Foton Toplander. Based off the Tunland pickup. I don’t hate it. It would actually probably sell well along with the Tunland in North America.

How much? Well, in the Phillipines, which seems to be one of the biggest markets for the Toplander, it starts at just about $26,500 Canadian, or around $20,000 in Ameri-bux. That’s pretty damn good, considering the upcoming Everest Bronco will probably cost around 40 grand Canadian, and the 4runner runs (no pun intended) you 200 dollars mere of the 45 grand mark. The Tunland is priced exactly the same.

We have the Tunland in Chile and they sell quite well just on the fact that they have Cummins engines. They look good although a little too similar to the previous Hilux.

Not to be confused with the Futon Uplander the other division of the company making crappy outdoor futons made of recycled milk crates and McDonalds happy meal toys.
