I like Cashcow more, it makes sense as they are everywhere but it isn’t noticed and they are probably the most profitable car Nissan makes. I wonder if the US will get the UK made version as we do in Chile.

It would be interesting if the Nissan Keemstar will be UK-made. The Civic Hatches made in the UK are pretty damn solid, so it will be interesting to see how high quality the Nissan Kindling is.

Seems like there’s a trend of small 4x4s in the US getting “Sport” names, but only in the US and not Canada. See, Outlander Sport, AKA the Canadian RVR.
I like the name Qashqai. It’s fun to say. Makes a lot more sense than “Rogue Sport”. We should also call the Rogue the X-Trail too.

I think the Nissan Quinoa has a bad rap. Just because the average American can’t or doesn’t want to pronounce Quandrary doesn’t mean that Nissan should change the name of the Croquet.

Interesting factoid, the Nissan plant in Sunderland, UK makes more cars per year than all of Italy combined. Also, I lol’d at Keemstar.

Indeed. “Nissan Keemstar” is a perfectly cromulent name.

Well there you go, you can easily identify the snowbirds from the north.
I’m sure they’ll be swarming the south like SWB Montanas when it gets cold.

Rebadge the Rogue as the X-Trail, the Sentra as the Sylphy, and then facelift (again) the 370Z, drop in the new VR30DDTT, and call it the Fairlady Z.

It’s also the ASX in Europe. I wonder what the record for different names in different markets while wearing the same marque badge is.
