Kinja'd!!!

Quick reminder that the next generation Kia Forte is supposed to be a kind of Junior Stinger. Oh, and I believe you know the Telluride...

Kinja'd!!!

The American automakers already won this decade though, but it’s looking as if Korea could take the 2020s. Good night!

Stinger looks excellent, Telluride is still horrendously ugly.

Excluding the wheels, I would put that the other way around. Though both have good proportions, the Stinger is garish and overwrought while the Telluride is clean and taught.

To me the Telluride looks like a clay model that isn’t finished. I’m a huge fan of minimalist design, but it just feels heavy and lacking refinement. The Stinger could calm down a little, but overall feels tight.

Heavy seems appropriate for a big, fancy SUV, but I do think the Telluride doesn’t quite look production-ready.

Very much love the Stinger....hate that there is no manual option. If the next-gen Forte comes looking like a Stinger-mini and has a manual option, I would be very interested (especially in a Forte hatch!)
